These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by XPRESSGRID LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSE SOLUTIONS (CR 7053943606), a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
XpressGrid provides warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery services ("Services") as described on our website and in any service agreement entered into between XpressGrid and the client.
2. Client Obligations
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your products and inventory
- Ensure all goods stored in our facilities comply with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations
- Not store any prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items without prior written approval
- Maintain adequate insurance coverage for goods stored in our warehouses
- Pay all invoices within the agreed payment terms
3. Storage and Handling
XpressGrid will:
- Store your goods in secure, climate-controlled facilities with 24/7 monitoring
- Handle your inventory with reasonable care and in accordance with industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements
- Provide real-time visibility through our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
4. Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your goods:
- Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of goods at the time of receipt
- We are not liable for loss or damage caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, or circumstances beyond our control
- Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 14 days of discovery
5. Pricing and Payment
- Service fees are as specified in the service agreement or current rate card
- Storage fees are calculated based on space occupied (pallet positions or square meters)
- Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month
6. Term and Termination
- Services may be provided on a month-to-month basis or under a fixed-term agreement
- Either party may terminate month-to-month arrangements with 30 days written notice
- Upon termination, all goods must be collected within 14 days, after which storage fees continue to apply
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship, including but not limited to pricing, inventory data, customer lists, and operational processes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
